Warranty Coverage
Tech Surgeons provides a Limited Hardware Warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty applies to:
- Gaming PCs and systems assembled by Tech Surgeons
- Hardware components installed by Tech Surgeons at the time of sale
Coverage includes repair or replacement of defective components at Tech Surgeons’ discretion.

- Standard systems include a 30-day workmanship warranty beginning on the delivery date
- Individual hardware components may carry manufacturer warranties that extend beyond the Tech Surgeons warranty period
Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, and timelines.

Shipping Damage Coverage
Tech Surgeons covers physical damage that occurs during shipping under the following conditions:
- Damage must be reported to Tech Surgeons within 48 hours of delivery
- Customers must provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box and all packaging materials
- Retain the original packaging until the claim is resolved
Once verified, Tech Surgeons will coordinate repair, replacement, or shipping carrier claim processing as appropriate.
Damage reported after 48 hours, or without the required documentation, may not be covered.

This warranty does not cover:
- Damage occurring after delivery, including drops, liquid damage, or improper handling
- Power surges, electrical issues, or environmental damage
- Software-related issues, operating system changes, or driver updates
- Modifications, upgrades, or repairs performed by anyone other than Tech Surgeons
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage
- Data loss or third-party peripherals not installed by Tech Surgeons

Warranty Service Process
To request warranty service:
- Contact support@techsurgeons.com
- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue
- Follow any troubleshooting or service instructions provided by our support team
If a system must be returned for approved warranty service:
- Customers are responsible for shipping the system to Tech Surgeons
- Tech Surgeons will cover return shipping to the customer for approved warranty repairs

Financing & Leasing Transactions
Warranty coverage applies regardless of payment method, including transactions made through Acima, Progressive Leasing, Affirm, or other financing and leasing providers.
Agreements, payment terms, and fees remain the responsibility of the customer and the financing or leasing provider.

Replacement parts provided under warranty may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This warranty is limited strictly to repair or replacement of hardware. Tech Surgeons is not responsible for:
- Lost or corrupted data
- Software reinstallation unless explicitly stated
- Downtime, lost productivity, or indirect losses
