If you choose a financing or leasing option:

  • Approval decisions are made solely by the financing or leasing provider
  • Payment schedules, lease terms, fees, and interest are governed by your agreement with that provider
  • Tech Surgeons is not responsible for financing-related fees, interest charges, or disputes

Any approved refund will be issued directly to the financing or leasing provider, not to the customer.

Returns are governed by our separate Return Policy, which includes (but is not limited to):

  • A 14-day return window
  • Unopened and unused condition requirements
  • A 30% restocking fee
  • Custom gaming PCs are final sale
