Refund and Returns Policy

At Tech Surgeons, we carefully prepare, package, and ship high-value gaming computers and electronics. Due to the nature of these products, all purchases are subject to the return policy outlined below.

14-Day Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date confirmed by the shipping carrier.

  • All return requests must be approved prior to sending any item back
  • Approved returns must be shipped within the same 14-day window
  • Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The PC must be unopened, unused, and unpowered
  • All original packaging, accessories, cables, and included materials must be intact
  • The system must show no signs of setup, power-on, or use

Any PC that has been opened, powered on, or used is not eligible for return.

Restocking & Shipping Fees

  • Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

If Tech Surgeons provides a return shipping label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Custom Gaming PCs

All custom-built gaming PCs are final sale and non-refundable.

Custom gaming PCs are systems assembled using components selected by the customer. Once shipped, these orders cannot be returned for any reason.

Financing & Leasing Transactions

If your transaction was made using Acima, Progressive Leasing, Affirm, or any other third-party financing or leasing provider, please note:

  • Financing and leasing terms are handled directly by the provider
  • Each provider maintains its own return, cancellation, and fee policies
  • Questions regarding payments, fees, or account balances must be directed to the financing or leasing provider

If a return is approved, any eligible refund will be issued directly to the financing or leasing provider. Customers remain responsible for any remaining fees or obligations under their agreement.

Inspection & Final Approval

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet the return eligibility requirements will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
